Rick and Tina were watching Fox2 Weekend news earlier this year when they viewed an interview with Fox's local anchor and me discussing our home leasing program. Rick and Tina were tired of listing their Chesterfield, MI 2 Bedroom condo with no takers. They needed to move…quickly. Tina was due with their fourth child any day! Jake and Emily heard about our program from a New Home Builder. They had recently got married and wanted to have a fresh start for a new family. Like so many of our clients, their condo was a fine housing choice before they decided to have children. Now, they longed for a newly built home and had already picked the Builder, the model, and were ready to put down their deposit money. They made good money and had great credit.
