Nu-set combination lockbox
Key storage:
Dial in correct combination. (Your lockbox is preset to 4 7 5 0) Holding the lockbox in one hand, press down on the gold button and pull open the key compartment.
Shackle:
Locate the gold key* inside the lockbox. Insert the keyhole closest to the shackle; turn the key clockwise while pulling up on the shackle to release.
Locking:
Place keys in the storage compartment inside the lockbox. Close the compartment, and secure the lockbox by pressing up on the gold button and rolling the dials to an alternate setting.
* Do not leave gold key in lockbox. Keep it in a safe place inside the home at move-out (we suggest a kitchen drawer).
Lion locks combination lockbox
Key storage:
Dial in correct combination. (Your lockbox is preset to 4 7 5 0) Holding the lockbox by the shackle, grip it firmly on either side while holding down the silver button, then pull the front forward like an oven door.
Shackle:
Locate the lever inside the lockbox, up under the shackle. Move and hold the lever to the right while pulling up on the shackle.
Locking:
Place keys in the storage compartment inside the lockbox. Close the compartment, and secure the lockbox by moving the dials to an alternate setting.
