Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How do I log in?

To log in for the first time, you will receive an email with an activation link, you will confirm your account. After your first login, you may access the portal here or from our website under RESOURCES->RESIDENT PORTAL

Question: What financial data can I see in the portal?

Answer: Your balance has been carried over and all new financial charges and payments will appear in the portal. You may always call us to receive historical financial information. 

Question: How do I submit a Work Order?

Answer: In addition to calling the GET FIX line as you do now, you can use your resident portal to submit your maintenance requests through the Maintenance tab on the right-hand side. To submit a request, log onto Revela, select Maintenance from the right-hand side of the page and click the “Request Maintenance” button. From there you’ll provide information about the maintenance issue and click Submit.

Question: What if I have an open Work Order in the previous system?

Answer: All open work orders started in our previous system will be closed out within the previous system. This information will not be transferred over, but will be accessible if more information is needed. Please email owners@marketplacehomes.com if you need assistance.

Question: How do I access my portal?

Answer: On or after September 27th, you’ll receive an email with a link to register your account and access your portal. From there, you’ll be able to access your portal by visiting our website at https://www.marketplacehomes.com, and selecting Owner Login from our Resources tab.

Question: What alerts have changed?

Answer: You will continue to receive the same alerts from our new system.

Question: Will my tenant have a portal now?

Answer: Yes, in the coming months we will be launching a portal for tenants where they can submit maintenance requests, communicate with us, and access their lease documents.

Question: How will my reporting change?

Answer: Reporting will now be on both an individual and overall property basis. You’ll be able to access your owner portal and run an income statement within your portal to see real time transactions and data.

Question: What do I have to do next?

Answer: Wait for our next email, and be on the lookout for the link to login to your portal on September 27th. We will be contacting you directly by phone to ensure you receive the link and are able to login to the new owner portal.
