Responsibilities
Property Management Sales Specialist to join our Solutions team. This person will be responsible for contacting and acquiring new clients for our various services. This position requires someone who is production driven. The Property Management Solutions Specialist duties include taking live calls or appointments, discussing our programs, signing deals, and helping ensure we fill the client’s home(s).
- Perform a heavy volume of inbound and outbound phone duties, including contacting clients to find a solution for their home by selling them on our services
- Utilize the internal proprietary software and technology of Marketplace Homes
Participate in regular trainings of Marketplace Homes’ client products - Find opportunities (outside of leads) to help grow your region and our property management portfolio
Qualifications
- Proven capacity to manage multiple client referrals against tight deadlines for client’s move schedules
- Exhibits a customer focus and drives to customer centric solutions by engaging with client’s story and being an active listener
- Find opportunities (outside of leads) to help grow your region and our property management portfolio
- Able to work autonomously and proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Preferred degree in Business, Marketing or closely related field
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales with ability to overcome objections during a sales solution consultation
- Valid, current real estate license for the state of Michigan
- Proficient with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
