Full Job Description
Marketplace Homes is one of the largest real estate brokerage and single-family property management companies in the United States. Through our advanced systems and networks, we market, fill and manage homes across the country while all employees are located at the Historic Trowbridge House in downtown Detroit.
The company is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a property manager to oversee hundreds of homes in various regions of the country. This person will be responsible for interacting with clients and tenants, especially during move-in and move-out processes. They will identify appropriate vendors, coordinate service repair work order and maintain accurate and detailed records in Propertyware, our property management software.
Qualifications
- Great oral and written communication skills
- At least 3 years of single family home property management experience
- Propertyware experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
