All emergency work orders must be called into 877-643-8349 and not submitted in your resident portal or email.

TIP: Please be prepared to give the Client Services team details about the issue. It would be best if someone were present at the residence to provide information, the more we know the better/quicker we can address the issue.
Please see the list below of examples that would be an emergency:
- Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Call 911 first!)
- No Electricity (check with your electricity provider to ensure this is not an area outage)
- No Heat (check with your electricity provider to ensure this is not an area outage)
- No Hot Water (check with your electricity provider to ensure this is not an area outage)
- The Home is flooding
- Gas Leak (Call 911 first!)
- Water is spraying out of a plumbing line
- Sewage or Septic System is backing up into the home
- Structural Collapse
