The 20th annual Stevie® International Business Awards® (IBA) winners are now out! Marketplace Homes is officially a Bronze Stevie® winner under the category “Company of the Year- Real Estate.” Taking home an IBA award is no easy feat. Winners are selected after two months of painstaking judging by panels of professionals.
What Are the Stevie® Awards?
The Stevie® Awards are the world’s premier business awards. It began in 2002 to publicly honor and recognize the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. Today, the Stevie has become one of the world’s most coveted prizes. There are eight Stevie Awards programs that have a unique focus and schedule:

Marketplace Homes: An International Business Awards® Nominee and Winner
The International Business Awards® are open to all organizations worldwide. Its categories include a variety of industries to honor accomplishments in all aspects of work life. Currently, this is the only international, all-encompassing business awards competition. Each year, the IBAs receive more than 3,700 entries from organizations in more than 60 nations and territories. In 2023, there were around 550 Stevie Award winners in this category, averaging a 15% acceptance rate.
How Are the IBAs Judged?
More than 300 professionals in 11 specialized judging committees reviewed and rated the 2023 International Business Awards® nominations. Each rating uses a scale of 1-10. All entries that received an average score of at least 7.5/10 after judging automatically became eligible for a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award status. Marketplace Homes achieved a score higher than 7.5, qualifying the brokerage as a Bronze Stevie winner in the category “Company of the Year-Real Estate- Medium Size.”
Winners will be celebrated during a gala event in Rome, Italy on Friday, October 13th.
